Pasta Gourmet is a unique company in the small town of Rathfriland in Northern Ireland that is producing a range of high quality fresh handmade pastas. Directed by the experienced chef Simon Nesbitt, PG is producing a variety of fresh handmade ravioli, tortelloni and taglietalle all free of additives and artificial flavours, made from a special combination of the best traditional Italian recipes and the finest local ingredients.
